Small Batch Ordering
All orders are prepared in small batches to maintain freshness and ingredient integrity.
We operate on a twice-monthly production schedule:
- Orders placed between the 1st–14th ship between the 20th–25th
- Orders placed between the 15th–31st ship between the 5th–10th of the following month
Each batch is blended and packed fresh. Because of this process, orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Details
Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order is on its way
Processing is built into the batch schedule above
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location. Carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or adjusted within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders are considered part of the current production batch and cannot be modified or canceled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Unopened items may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
